A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On September 201, the Defendant: (a) received contact from the People’s Republic of China’s Republic of China’s Republic of China’s Republic of China’s Republic of China’s Republic of China’s nationality via Internet Messenger; and (b) made a public offering to acquire property profits by withdrawing deposits from the said Chinese bank account in cash or transferring them to another bank that he/she uses; (c) obtained cash cards connected to the said Chinese bank account from six Chinese bank accounts, including the victim E, etc.; and (d) sent them via Kwikset Services, etc., sent them to the Defendant and the victims of money via telephone; and (d) the Defendant and the victims of false name cards sent money from the Chinese bank account in the name of the victims to the account designated by D upon D’s instruction; or (e) transferred money from the Chinese bank account in the name of the victims to the Chinese bank account designated by D immediately.

On October 1, 201, at around 15:29, the Defendant conspired with D and name distressed boxes on October 15:29, 201, entered the cash card reproduced with the Chinese bank account in the name of the victim E, which was delivered by D, in the cash payment period of the Seo-gu Incheon District Saemaul Bank, in a cash payment period, and entered an unlawful order, such as the cash card password of the said victim into the said bank information processing device without authority, and withdrawn one million won from the Chinese bank account of the said victim from October 1, 201 to October 8, 2011, and transferred property by transferring 4,7820,000 won from the Chinese bank account in the name of the total of six victims to 49 times in total, and transfer 6,1930,000 won to the account designated by D over a total of 11 times.
