Punishment of the crime

At around 23:00 on September 12, 2013, the Defendant driven CM520 automobiles under the influence of alcohol leveling 0.20% without a driver’s license, from a wooden wedding parking lot located in the Soksan-dong, Busan to a hot spring-dong, and from around 1km to the front road of the department store in Busan, the Defendant driven CM520 automobiles without a driver’s license.
