The facts indicated in the cause of the claim do not conflict between the parties, and it is reasonable to view that the lease contract between the plaintiff and the defendant was lawfully terminated on July 11, 2019 on the grounds of the defendant's delinquency in rent. Therefore, barring any special circumstance, the defendant is obligated to deliver to the plaintiff the real estate indicated in the separate sheet, and pay the plaintiff the overdue rent of KRW 4,075,820, and the amount equivalent to the rent of KRW 127,300, monthly from August 1, 2020 to the completion date of delivery of the above real estate.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
