Punishment of the crime

At around 18:30 to 19:00 on October 11, 2012, the Defendant rejected the exchange on the grounds that the victim was at the time of his/her clothes while his/her employee C (n, 44 years of age) demanded the exchange of his/her clothes, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s business by using force of 30 minutes, such as “this woman’s funeral service was assigned to him/her, she is the president, she is the president, she is the woman, she?” and she was posted to the display stand of his/her clothes purchased, she interfered with the victim’s business.
