Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On April 28, 2009, the Defendant was issued a fine of KRW 700,000 as a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Ansan District Court's Ansan Branch for the crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act.
【Criminal Facts】
1. On June 13, 2020, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from D Driving) driven a Clater under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.101%, depending on one lane of two lanes in front B in Ansan-si, Ansan-si, the upper part of the two lanes in front of Ansan-si, Ansan-si, and led to the flow of the Clater at a speed of the unsaturb by the guard box at D.

In the end, the Defendant: (a) while smelling a large amount of alcohol, and driving the said franchise in a situation where it is difficult to drive normally due to influence of drinking such as a narrow distance, etc., and (b) caused the injury of the victim E, a driver of the said ice car, such as salt, tension, etc. requiring approximately two weeks of treatment; and (c) caused the victim G, a driver of the said ice car, requiring approximately two weeks of treatment.
