Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On October 2012, Defendant B, Defendant C’s perjury teacher, and Defendant A’s perjury, were indicted on March 22, 2013 on the charge of violating the Public Official Election Act, following the Defendant’s violation of the Public Official Election Act, on the summary that Defendant A, via Defendant A, performed a contribution act by 50,000 won to five electorates, following the Defendant’s testimony at the E sports competition.
