1. As to the Plaintiff (Appointed Party)’s KRW 319,00,000 and KRW 240,00,000 among them, the Defendant shall start January 1, 201, and 79,000.

1. Determination as to the plaintiff's claim (appointed party, hereinafter "the plaintiff").

A. The Plaintiff entered into a contract for steel framed, Chang-ho, mold, and miscellaneous works, among the construction works for new bonds of the Defendant, on early 2008, with the Defendant’s previous chief knowledge D, and the Defendant’s construction works, and completed the construction from May 2008 to October 2009. The construction cost settled between the Plaintiff and the Defendant in relation to the said construction works is KRW 240 million. On October 31, 2009, the Defendant agreed to pay the Plaintiff the payment of KRW 240 million for the said construction cost by December 31, 2009, and the unpaid amount shall be paid 20% interest per annum to the Plaintiff. 2) Thereafter, the Plaintiff entered into a contract for construction works for stone and the Defendant’s construction works at the early 201, which are suitable for the Defendant’s bonds, from around 31, 2011 to around 31, and completed the construction works at the early 201.

The construction cost finally settled between the plaintiff and the defendant as to the above construction work is KRW 79 million.

On November 30, 2011, the Defendant agreed to pay to the Plaintiff the said construction cost of KRW 79 million up to May 31, 2012, and pay 20% interest per annum on the unpaid amount.

B. According to the above facts, barring any special circumstance, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff a total of KRW 319 million (i.e., KRW 240 million in total) and KRW 240 million in total to the Plaintiff (i.e., KRW 79 million in total) from January 1, 2010 to the date of full payment from June 1, 2012 to the date of full payment. (ii) As to this, the Defendant was dismissed from office as Defendant on November 5, 2013, led the Non-Confidence Resolution with respect to the President of the General Director of the Religious Organization, and filed a lawsuit seeking confirmation of invalidity against the dismissal organization B, a religious organization’s National Association around May 2014.
