1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiffs for KRW 3,347,00,000 and KRW 1,347,00,000 among them.

Basic Facts
The Plaintiff A Housing Association as a result of the establishment and project progress of the association and the Plaintiff A Housing Association was established on August 27, 2001 from the Sungnam Mayor, from the Plaintiff A District Housing Association on October 2, 2002 from the Gyeyang-gu mayor on October 9, 2001, from the Defendant B Housing Association on October 9, 2001, from the Defendant B District Housing Association from the head of Songpa-gu on November 7, 2001, from the Defendant B District Housing Association from the head of Songpa-gu on October 7, 2002, from the Defendant B District Housing Association from the Gwangju City on October 7, 2002, from the Defendant B District Housing Association from October 2, 2002, from the Defendant B District Housing Association from the Gyeyang-si Market on October 29, 2002, and from the Defendant B District Housing Association from the date of entry into force on November 29, 2002 under the provisions of Article 44 of the former Housing Construction Promotion Act and
The Plaintiffs and the Defendants were actually in existence as a single association from around 200 to at least seven regional housing associations as described in the foregoing paragraph (1) and obtained authorization for the establishment thereof. From August 31, 2009, the Plaintiffs, while executing business funds, etc. without mutual separation of accounts until August 31, 2009, the Plaintiffs decided on the mutual separation of business from the extraordinary general meeting on February 7, 2009, and executed separate accounts including the execution of business expenses from September 1, 2009. The Plaintiffs obtained approval for the construction project plan with the total floor area of 19,651 square meters from the Gwangju City Mayor on June 4, 2008, and obtained approval for the construction project plan with the total floor area of 19,82.31 square meters from the Gwangju City Mayor on November 3, 2008 to the total floor area of 19,651 square meters from the Gwangju metropolitan Housing Association on June 26, 2008, the Defendants obtained approval for the construction project plan from each of the Defendants.
The Defendants were at the conference of the president of the partnership on September 10, 2009.
