Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Violation of the National Sports Promotion Act and opening places for gambling;
A. The Defendant, from the end of June 2013 to the beginning of October 2014, opened and operated a sports soil site D, when he/she opened and operated a sports soil site, he/she had E, F, and G (in the process of each investigation) perform his/her respective role, such as charging and refunding, managing the sports bulletin board, and inputting the game result, and he/she received money from many unspecified members who subscribed to the said gambling site and charged them with game money to its members, after he/she predicted the result of the domestic and foreign sports games (such as a stable, camping district, farming district, and fishing district, etc.) in advance, and predicted the result of the said gambling, he/she distributed the game money at least 5,00 won to the maximum 3,00,000 won to the members of the said gambling site, and then confiscated the game money at a certain rate or multiplied the game money by the distribution rate of money to the members of the game.
As a result, the Defendant, in collusion with the above E, F, and G, issued sports betting tickets or similar things and provided property or financial benefits to persons who win at the betting. At the same time, the Defendant opened gambling places for profit-making purposes.
B. From November 11, 2014 to June 29, 2015, the Defendant in relation to the H site operation established and operated “H” in detail in the Meriaia’s housing located in the Philippines. In doing so, the Defendant had the said E (in the investigation) play the role of filling, refunding, managing the sports bulletin board, and entering the results of the games, and from many unspecified members who subscribed to the said gambling site, the Defendant’s account under the name of the NAJ, the new bank K, the E bank account, the M, the N, the N, the N, the C, the C, the C, the C, the C, the C, the C, the P, under the name of the NA company.
