Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 4, 2016, the Defendant assaulted the victim by brushing the part of the victim's inside, and brushing the part of the victim's brush with the victim's hand, while the Defendant was working on the 18th floor of the building located in the Seo-gu, Seosan-gu, Busan at the time of Goyangyang, in a commercial village in the middle of the 18th century, while he kept building materials at the entrance side of the victim's business place (48 years old).
