Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

Where a defendant fails to pay a fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 21:00 on September 18, 201, the Defendant and B found the victim “D Hospital” located in the Daegu-gu Incheon-gu Nursing Office in front of the three nurse rooms, and took a bath to see that the nurse E and F would be “heat”, and the victim G (59 years old) who is a caregiver of the above hospital’s clinic speaks him, and the victim G (59 years old) who is a caregiver of the above hospital called “this son will go against the victim’s two descendants,” and the victim B turned over the victim by combining the Defendant.

Accordingly, the Defendant assaulted the Victim G in conjunction with B, and conspiredd to interfere with the victim E and F’s management by force.

At around 23:30 on the same day, the Defendant and B met the above victim G at the same place as above, “I am Kano at the time when she became aware of it,” and B met the victim’s b with two scam, and the Defendant scambling the victim’s two son, and the Defendant and B met with the 30 minutes of the said 34:0 on the same day by stating that I am scam from the said 3rd-dong corridor and scambling the scam.

Accordingly, the Defendant assaulted the Victim G in conjunction with B, and conspiredd to interfere with the victim E and F’s management by force.
