1. Defendant A
(a) Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a period of two years and six months and by a fine of fifty million won;
B. The above fine is imposed on the defendant.

Punishment of the crime
[Before the latter part of Article 37 of the Criminal Act] (Defendant A) Defendant A is a person who was sentenced to the suspension of the execution of imprisonment with prison labor for six months on October 17, 2013 at the Eunpyeong District Court's Eunpyeong site for violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) and the said judgment became final and conclusive on October 25, 2013.

No person shall sell goods in a disguised manner of origin.
Nevertheless, in collusion with AE, AK, N, Q, AS, etc., the Defendants intended to make unjust enrichment by means of disguised sale of the country of origin of Chinese rice.
Defendant
A plays the role of ordering work, providing a place of delivery, preparing and delivering a certificate of origin and a detailed list of transactions, etc., Defendant X play the role of providing a business operator (AD) with domestic rice spawn, using a transaction passbook in his name, and providing a business operator's trade name, AE and Q with domestic rice, and Defendant Y play the role of purchasing and distributing domestic rice, and Defendant Y takes the role of purchasing and selling domestic rice, AK, N, and AS with domestic rice.
