Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is engaged in driving of a D-city bus belonging to the Hamp Transport.

On April 29, 2014, the Defendant driven the above bus at around 07:35, the Defendant stopped for pedestrian signal in the vicinity of the crosswalk installed in the vicinity of the stop line, while driving one-lane of the eight-lane front of the luminous terminal parking lot located in Gwangju Seo-gu to the northwest of the Abandoned Motor Vehicle at the direction of the luminous distance.
