Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of a C Poter cargo vehicle.

On August 9, 2018, the Defendant driven the above cargo vehicle at around 10:55, while driving the side road without any distinction of 40-way lanes from the scam of Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City to the scam of the direction from the scular road, and making the left turn to the right edge of the elementary school at the scam of the three-distance intersection where the scam is abutting on the scam.
