1. The Defendants jointly share KRW 40,150,000 with respect to the Plaintiff and the period from November 12, 2014 to September 14, 2015.

According to the overall purport of evidence Nos. 1-2, 2, 2, and 3, Defendant B is the actual operator of F Co., Ltd. established for the purpose of developing and selling real estate (hereinafter “F”) and G Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “G”), Defendant C is the president at FF military mountainous district and the representative director at G, Defendant D is G managing director, Defendant E is the head of G business. Defendant E is the head of G business. Defendant E is the head of Changwon city’s basic urban planning of 2025, which is only a plan for deliberation on the overall city in Changwon city, as an opportunity to announce the “basic urban planning of 2025 creative city” purchased in the name of the above company, which is planning real estate company, with the opportunity to announce the “basic urban planning of 2025 creative city”, the forest and field located in the above company, and the forest and field located in Jjinbuk-do is virtually impossible to develop as the mountainous district (a preserved mountainous district or quasi-preserved conservation mountainous district) in a slope, and it can be considered as the above land price of 10%.
