Punishment of the crime

The defendant of "2013 Man-Ma840" is a person who operated the company E in Kimpo-si D on December 4, 2006 and current account transaction with the half-month financial branch of the NAFFF from December 4, 2006.

On July 201, the Defendant issued a check number F, a check number F, September 21, 201, the par value of 150,000,000 won per share at the office of the above company in operation of the Defendant, and presented it to the bank within the period for the presentation of payment, but the holder did not receive the payment suspension, and presented it within the period for the presentation of payment, as shown in the attached crime list, the Defendant issued the total face value of 3,50,000,000 won per share and presented it to the bank within the period for the presentation of payment suspension, but each of the holders did not receive the payment suspension.

The Defendant operated Co., Ltd. E in Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, 2013. From December 4, 2006, the Defendant used current account transaction with the half-month financial branch of the NAF and the half-month financial branch of the NAF.

On January 11, 201, the Defendant issued one check number “G”, check amount “200,000,000”, and the date of issuance “E Co., Ltd. on October 21, 2011” in the above company’s office in operation.

Before the date of issuance as indicated on the above check arrives, the Defendant corrected the date of issuance as “Fe. 21, 2012.” The Defendant, under the Dommmmmmchemical’s understanding, the holder of the said check. The Defendant, on November 23, 2012, on the date of presentment for payment, had not been paid as suspension of transaction even though the said check was presented to the said bank on November 23, 2012. The Defendant, “2013Da3866,” around December 4, 2006, entered into a check contract with the NAF branch of the NAF and the NA in the name of the NAFF and the NA company around December 4, 2011. The Defendant around August 20, 201, entered into a check contract with the Defendant at the Domm Chemical Office in Yeongdeungpo-dong, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul.
