A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Special larceny;

A. On July 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 01:00 to 02:00, the Defendant: (b) cut the parts adjacent to the Plaintiff’s greenhouse, “D” operated by the Victim C in Yong-gun, Nam-do; (c) invaded into the said chemical source; and (d) stolen the parts with 10 multi-land plants, such as the Defendant’s grash, owned by the victim, and displayed there.

B. On September 19, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 03:20 on September 19, 2012, 203: (b) 10, the Defendant: (c) carried 29 and 10 plants owned by the victim and stolen the parts adjacent to the plastic house of the chemical called “F operated by the victim E” in the Jeonnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do; and (d) invaded into the said chemical, and displayed at the same time

C. From October 23 to 24, 2012, the Defendant, at around 01:00, stolen the parts of the chemical site called “H” operated by the victim G in the Jeonnan-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Seoul-do, with 11 coar plants, such as the annual salary owned by the victim, which was displayed at the same time after tearing into the said chemical site, and intrusion into the said chemical site.

On November 7, 2012, the Defendant got above around 03:15-03:40.

The part of the "F, operated by the victim E, was teared by the greenhouse of the "F" source, and was intruded into the above chemical source and was displayed at the same time, and was stolen with 10 Doyang and 10 gab plants owned by the victim.

E. The Defendant: (a) around 01:00 on November 20, 2012, 201, carried out four multiple plants, such as a gale, etc. owned by the victim and displayed at the same time, after tearing the parts adjacent to the 'J' operated by the victim I located in the Yanananan-gun, Naman-gun, Yan-gun, the Defendant stolen them.

2. On November 201, 2012, around 01:00 to 02:00, the Defendant: (a) committed theft and theft with 14 multiple plants, such as 1 girs and tents, on the part of the victim K, operated by the victim K in Nam-gun B, Nam-gun; and (b) displayed at the same time, on the part of the plastic houses.
