All appeals are dismissed.

The grounds of appeal are examined.

1. Examining the reasoning of the lower judgment in light of the evidence duly admitted by the lower court, the lower court’s judgment that found the guilty portion of the instant case guilty on the grounds stated in its reasoning is justifiable. In so doing, contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, there were no errors by misapprehending the legal principles on the court’s examination scope, deception, intent to commit fraud, and timing of deception, thereby adversely affecting the conclusion of the judgment.

2. Examining the reasoning of the judgment of the court below in light of the records, it is just that the court below reversed the judgment of the court of first instance which found the defendant guilty on the charge of the non-guilty part of the case on the grounds as stated in its reasoning and found the defendant not guilty on the ground that there is no proof of criminal facts, and there is no violation of the law of logic and experience and free evaluation of evidence

3. Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
