Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving Obane.

On February 1, 2016, the Defendant, at around 20:50 on February 1, 2016, proceeded in one way to the central market from the side of a scarping box along the D cafeteria.

At that time, the defendant tried to turn to the Northwest market, so in such cases, there was a duty of care to turn to the left at the point where the driver is permitted to turn to the left.
