Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of the Category B of Lone Star Car.

On October 31, 2015, under the influence of alcohol 0.117%, the Defendant driven the said vehicle from the vicinity of the sampling hospital in the Sinpo-si in Sinpo-si to the front of the dysium hospital at approximately 200 meters.
