1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 93,945,602 as well as KRW 87,148,580 among them, from June 11, 2016 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. According to the evidence evidence Nos. 1 through 3 (including each number), the Plaintiff leased KRW 89,485,00 to the Defendant on July 8, 2015, with the due date set on October 5, 2015. The remainder of the principal and interest on the loan as of June 10, 2016 is KRW 93,945,602 (= Principal KRW 87,148,580 and delay damages totaling KRW 6,797,02), and the agreed delay damages rate is 11.98% per annum.
2. According to the above facts of recognition, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay at the agreed rate of 11.98% per annum from June 11, 2016 to the date of full payment, with respect to KRW 93,945,602 and KRW 87,148,580, whichever is the day following the start of the final damages for delay.
