The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The summary of the grounds for appeal (e.g., a fine of three million won) of the lower court is too unreasonable.

2. The judgment of the court below is contrary to the defendant's mistake, and it is acknowledged that there is no criminal record of the same kind, but there is no effort to recover damage up to the trial of the court. In full view of various circumstances, such as the defendant's age, character, environment, motive, means and consequence of the crime, the circumstances after the crime, etc., the sentence of the court below is too unreasonable.

3. In conclusion, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act since it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
