A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. A thief, around October 2012, the Defendant: (a) at Diplomatic Association located in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Jongno-gu, the victim E, having a creshing cresh equivalent to KRW 1,100 in the market price of 1,100; (b) stolen it; and (c) around that time, from November 24, 2013 to November 24, 2013, the Defendant stolen 36,400 won in total, including alcohol, day, etc., on 29 occasions, as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Table.
2. On August 21, 2013, the Defendant interfered with business, from around 21:30 to 21:40 on August 21, 2013, 2013, the Defendant interfered with the Victim G G management of the Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul, for the victim’s Husager to stop one illness, but the victim refused it on the ground that the victim refused it, and obstructed the victim’s Schlage’s Schlage’s business by coercioning the disturbance by force.
3. Fraudulent and interference with business on November 25, 2013;

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as such, received from the victim the sum total of 11,000 won of the market price of hot spring and small 1 disease in the same place.
B. The Defendant received a total of KRW 11,000,000 from November 25, 2013 to 14:30 of the same day, as described in the above paragraph (a), and obstructed the victim’s restaurant business by force by exposing a disturbance, such as putting the victim at the K restaurant as “no money....................”
