Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

From around May 2007 to May 2016, the Defendant worked as the general secretary of the representative meeting of the occupants of the Nam-gu Seoul apartment complex, and from around around May 2013, the Defendant directly managed the operation fund of the said apartment while working together with the management director of the said apartment.

1. On January 201, 201, the Defendant: (a) provided the right to use the parking lot in the nearby “D” store; (b) used 60,000 won as a parking fee in cash with the personal meal expenses for the members of the board of directors; (c) and (d) embezzled the same for a private purpose, such as a daily list of crimes (1) for a total of 59 times from around that time to November 2015, by granting KRW 3,540,000,000 for a total of 59 times as in the attached list of crimes; and (d) used it for a private purpose, such as an individual meal expense, around that time.

2. On July 2013, the Defendant: (a) given the right to use the parking lot in the apartment at the nearby “Otoba” store; (b) used 100,000 won in cash as a parking fee for the personal meal expenses of the members of the board of directors; (c) and (d) embezzled 2.2,80,000 won in total over 34 times from around that time to May 2016, as in the list of crimes in the attached Table (2), and used it for a private purpose, such as an individual meal expense, around that time while he was in custody for the victim.

3. On February 201, the Defendant embezzled KRW 2,280,000,00 in total 11 times during the period from around February 201 to February 2016, as shown in the annexed crime sight table (3) between around 201 and around 2016, from the Saemaul Treasury account in the name of the Defendant, in custody of the said apartment fund to the “E” company to which the Defendant belongs, by arbitrarily using the said apartment fund as a private gift.
