Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year and six months.

Provided, That each of the above punishments shall be executed for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A, Defendant B, G, H, I, J, K, and L enter Vietnam's nationality, Defendant C, Defendant D, M, N,O, and P as a person of Thailand's nationality, and have lived in Q Q's accommodation while working in the road construction site of an administrative-oriented city.

1. On June 15, 2012, around 22:30 on June 15, 2012, Defendant C and D were victims A (20 years of age) and trial expenses in front of the Vietnam War of Q Q Co., Ltd., Ltd. 2. Defendant A and B set up against the assault of the victim C(32 years of age) at the above date and time, and at the same time, Defendant A and at the same place set up the head of the victim D(32 years of age) on one occasion with each item, which is a dangerous object. Defendant B and the victim C, D, M (24 years of age), N(33 years of age), O (37 years of age), and P (29 years of age) with the hack pipe, which is a dangerous object, sealed the victim D’s arms at one time, and sealed the victim C, D, M (24 years of age), pipe, and each item by hand.

Accordingly, the Defendants, in collusion with G, H, I, J, K, and L, carried dangerous goods, carried them with approximately two weeks of treatment, and assaulted victims C, M, N,O, and P, respectively.
