1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 72,50,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from June 19, 2018 to the day of complete payment.

Facts of recognition

On May 15, 2017, the Plaintiff and the Defendant entered into a contract with the Plaintiff to install a total of 150,000,000 art works within the “C” operated by the Defendant.

Since then, the Plaintiff installed 3 points of art works in accordance with the above contract.

Judgment

According to the above facts, the defendant shall pay to the plaintiff 77,50,000 won remaining 72,50,000 won with the exception of 150,000 won for the production and installation of art works and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from June 19, 2018 to the date of full payment, as the plaintiff seeks after the completion of the production and installation of the works.
