Reasons
1. Summary of the facts charged
A. Defendant, C’s joint crime Defendant, and C conspired to borrow money from another person by forging a lease agreement and a lessor’s consent thereto.
Defendant and C indicated “Seoul Songpa-gu D”, “15 square meters”, “200,000 won”, “50,000 won in the guarantee gold column,” “F”, “C”, and “C” in the lessee column in the office of Defendant C’s operation located in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government around September 3, 2013, using computers, and printed it out to the name of F.
F A copy of the monthly rent contract for real estate, which is a private document on the F’s rights and obligations under the F’s name, shall be drawn up at will, and around that time, Defendant C agrees to KRW 20,000,000 (this 0/500,000 won) monthly rent deposit by using a pen at the same place where Defendant C is located;
Then, the F’s seal affixed the F’s seal, and the F’s letter of monthly consent in the F’s name, a private document pertaining to factual verification, was written at will.
As a result, the defendant and C conspiredd the F's real estate monthly rent contract with one head of the F's name and one copy of the monthly rent agreement respectively.
B.
