Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On July 10, 2009, the Defendant is a person with the record of having received a summary order of a fine of three million won or more for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking) at the source of the water source method on July 10, 200, and a summary order of two million won or more for the same crime at the same court on March 13, 2009.

On April 2, 2017, the Defendant, at around 23:25, operated a B car in the state of alcohol alcohol content of 0.102% from the 2km section from the front of the funeral hall in the Kywon to the 201st road in Suwon-si from the front of the funeral hall in the Kywon-si to the 201st road in Suwon-si.

The sentencing was committed as ordered in consideration of all the conditions of sentencing revealed in the course of the public trial in the above circumstances.
