Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A is a person who operates “D”, Defendant B is the business owner of “D”, and Party E is the head of “D”.
1. On October 2015, Defendant A and Defendant B had nine massage rooms and seven service rooms in the name of Defendant B in the Seo-gu Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon. A around October 2015, the service room installed CCTV, an internal locking device, and an elevator stop device in preparation for control.
