A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than five months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

At around 02:40 on October 25, 2012, the Defendant: (a) opened a bend window of the victim E (the 44 years of age, female) with the house of the victim E (the 204 years of age, female) located in the same building and infringed upon the victim’s residence by opening a bend window that was not corrected under the above 204.
