Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a motor vehicle B or B.

On July 8, 2016, the Defendant driven the above vehicle around 14:40 on July 14, 2016, and led to the village tunnels located in the lower-dong of Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Seowon-do, Seowon-dong, Seowon-do, to the speed of 107km in the direction of the village along the direction of the Do.

As a result, the Defendant had the victim of the above occupational affairs and the room in around 19:54 of the same day, and caused the victim to die by acute bomb, etc. at the subdivision hospital located in 59, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-do.
