A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 27, 2015, the Defendant damaged public goods by breaking a non-exclusive antenna installed in the E patrol vehicle belonging to the Haba police station in the Chungcheong Police Station, which was dispatched after receiving a report on the disturbance near C around the Chungcheongnam-si on December 27, 2015, thereby damaging KRW 126,500 for repair costs.

Accordingly, the Defendant damaged the goods used by public offices.

2. Around December 27, 2015, the Defendant was investigated as a current offender of the crime of damaging public goods at the D District District of the Chungcheong Police Station D in the Chungcheong Police Station D on F on December 27, 2015. In order to see urine in toilets, the Defendant was at one time at the inside of G in the course of the region where the said earth was affiliated with him/her by using the crebs in order to see urines.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of police officers' duties on the management of a new flagrant offender.
