Defendant

A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3 million, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3 million.

The above fine is imposed by the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

가. 피고인은 2011. 7. 6.경 청주시 흥덕구 G 소재 피고인 운영의 ‘H’에서 I이 훔쳐온 4.9돈짜리 샤넬 펜던트(시가 300만 원), 루비쓰리반지 2개(3개 세트 시가 150만 원)를 매수함에 있어 이러한 경우 보석매매업에 종사하는 사람은 위 귀금속이 장물일지 모르므로 I의 신분, 매각 동기 등을 확인하여 장부에 기재하고, 그 신분에 적합한 소지인지 및 거래시세에 따른 적정한 가격을 요구하는지 등을 잘 살펴 장물을 매수하지 않도록 주의하여야 할 업무상 주의의무가 있다.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and acquired stolen goods by purchasing 80,000 won at a price lower than the market price due to negligence, even though he neglected to make a judgment as to whether he is a stolen, such as not stating I’s identity, etc. in the book.

B. On July 201, 201, at around 12:00, the Defendant purchased the stolen goods at KRW 700,000 in the above “H”, a half of which I stolen from occupational negligence as seen above, and then acquired the stolen goods by purchasing at KRW 30,000,000, a half of the price (in the market price of pentt, pentt, and eart).

C. At around 11:00 on August 201, 201, the Defendant purchased the stolen goods from the above “H”, which he stolen by occupational negligence as seen above, at KRW 600,00,000 (30,000,000,000,000,000) of two parallels (in the occupational negligence) and one original half of the original half of the year (in the case of KRW 30,00,000).

2. Defendant B

A.
