1. From around 19:30 on September 2, 2012 to 22:30 on the same day, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s legitimate duties for more than three hours during the period of three hours, including “AE operated by Sinpo City C victim D,” and “F and five other customers, who find this place without any justifiable reason under the influence of alcohol,” and drive away from the Plaintiff, by breathing “A, bit of bitch, bit of bitch.”

2. The Defendant believed, at the time and place indicated in the above Paragraph 1, that the Defendant would be able to receive the fare even if he did not have the intent or ability to pay the drinking value to the injured party D, and that he would be able to receive the fare, and that he would be able to receive the fare, and that he would receive the pecuniary benefit equivalent to the equivalent amount of KRW 24,00,000.
