A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant violated the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. (the Act on the Punishment of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc.) provided that he/she will run a business of arranging commercial sex acts in the form of “officetel” with B, the Defendant bears initial investments, arrange commercial sex acts directly by B, and arrange commercial sex acts

On November 25, 2017, the Defendant: (a) transferred the leased deposit of KRW 3.2 million to the D Licensed Real Estate Agent Office located in Gangseo-si, Gangnam-si; and (b) B leased three units of the E Office of Gangseo-si, Gangnam-si (F, G, and H) and commenced its business.

B around November 28, 2017, at the same time, kept articles necessary for commercial sex acts, such as contact sea mar, and other lives, and had a woman I employed a commercial sex acts, and then receive 170,000 won from a man with sexual intercourse in name in smartphone “J” method, etc., one time to receive 170,000 won from a man with sexual intercourse, and settlement of 120,000 won out of the I’s shares, and the remainder was settled in half against the Defendant.

In addition, the Defendant conspired with B, from November 28, 2017 to December 7, 2017, acted as a broker for commercial sex acts for eight times as shown in the annexed crime list.

2. The Defendant violated the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. (the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc.) is a person who is in a relationship with K and L, and K is a person who wishes to operate a marina business with the trade name of Gangnam M building at the 3rd floor and N.

On January 10, 2018, the Defendant: (a) knew of the fact that K took over the said NN establishment and intended to operate a marina business establishment, and (b) knew of the fact that K wants to operate a marina business establishment, the Defendant borrowed 48 million won in total, including deposit 10 million won and premium 38 million won; (c) around February 2018, the Defendant introduced L, a woman of sexual traffic, to K for employment.

K from February 7, 2018 to April 17, 2018, K keep goods necessary for sexual traffic, such as contact sea, sea sea sea, and other lives, from N, and employ female sexual traffic L, and many unspecified men.
