A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On December 27, 2013, at around 22:05, the Defendant driven a B rocketing car under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.204% without obtaining a driver’s license in a section of about 1km, from the front side of the solar road, to the front side of the solar distance located in the same Eup/Myeon, Seoyang-gun, Ulsan-si, Ulsan-si, Ulsan-si.
