Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 11, 2016, the Defendant used a dump truck for the dump truck of D driving on the ground that he did not purchase the dump truck of the Defendant’s private land at the Cheongsan-si Office, Seosan-si, and obstructed the traffic of the land through which the general public and vehicles pass for about one hour by stockpiling it on the above road.
