Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 11:00 on February 17, 2012, the Defendant destroyed the glass windows equivalent to KRW 900,000,000 in the market price owned by the victim E-owned at the construction site, which are used to connect pipe at the construction site, on the ground that D, the president of the said C-owned company, was not exposed to the Defendant’s wage, and thus, the Defendant damaged the metal extension ( approximately 30 centimeters in length, approximately 6 centimeters in thickness, and approximately 1 kilograms in weight) used to connect pipe at the construction site.
