1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 154,778,59 and the interest rate of KRW 12% per annum from October 30, 2019 to the date of full payment.

1. Indication of claim;

A. A. Around January 13, 2016, the Plaintiff operating “C” entered into a lease agreement with the Defendant operating “D” for building materials. Around that time, the Plaintiff supplied the Defendant’s building materials at the construction site, but did not receive rent of KRW 154,78,59 in total.

B. Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the above KRW 154,778,59 as well as damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from October 30, 2019 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of a copy of the instant complaint.
