The judgment of the first instance court, including amendments to the purport of the claim in the trial, shall be amended as follows:

The plaintiff's defendants.

1. Basic facts

A. The Dog F has been 3,912 square meters in Yan-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do (hereinafter “the land of this case”) due to the substitution under the Farmland Improvement Act on July 13, 1995, and the Dog F was 3,912 square meters in Yan-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do, Yan-do. The land of this case was 1 land due to the division on April 14, 200, and was 3,912 square meters in Y-do.

On April 10, 1957, the registration of ownership transfer was completed on the ground of the completion of repayment, and on June 12, 2018, Defendant B completed the registration of ownership transfer on the ground of inheritance by agreement division on December 14, 2006.

B. With respect to the area of 1,883 square meters prior to Dong-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Dong-gu, E (hereinafter “the second land”), five members of the Plaintiff clan, including I, etc., were registered as the owner on the land cadastre on February 24, 1950, and the registration of all co-owners’ share transfer was made in the name of Jin-gu on the ground of the donation made on August 10, 1993.

C. The Plaintiff’s bylaws relate to the instant case are as follows.

Article 8 (Election of Officers) The officers shall be elected at a general meeting of shareholders.

Article 12 (Meetings)

1. A clan association shall be divided into an ordinary general meeting and an extraordinary general meeting;

(2) An extraordinary general meeting: A special general meeting shall be convened by the Chairperson by no later than one day before the ordinary meeting, when there is an urgent or important matter that cannot be held by the general meeting.

(3) Resolution on a regular or extraordinary general meeting shall be made with the consent of a majority of all members present and the number of present.

The two books of the KPP Import Book (A evidence 1; hereinafter referred to as the "Plaintiff clan Import Book") contain the following contents:
