1. The Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) paid KRW 36,283,561 to the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) and its related amount from April 17, 2015 to October 12, 2016.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is the owner of the Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-gun, and 17 parcel of land (hereinafter “instant land”). The Plaintiff is the owner of the Hongcheon-gun, the Hongcheon-gun, and the Hongcheon-gun, the 17 parcel of land.

Indication of Real Estate: Hongcheon-gun and 17 Lots

1. A (referring to the Plaintiff) shall grant to B (referring to the Defendant) authority to develop and sell real estate owned by A;

Provided, That the period shall be determined by the end of March 2012.

2. B shall purchase permission for development activities in the name of A with respect to the whole land, the specific use area of which is currently controlled, and part of land within an agricultural and forest area, from among land A, to sell it to a third party.

4. B shall enter into a real estate sales contract in the name of Party A, and deposit any down payment and intermediate payment into two passbooks of Party A;

The sale price of buildings in units shall be determined autonomously by Eul, and for Eul, the price of buildings in units shall be paid immediately to Eul in the amount exceeding 300,000 won per square meter in the case of land in the control area, and 150,000 won per square meter in the case of land in the agricultural and forest area, to Eul in the expenses

B. On September 29, 201, the Plaintiff entered into a service contract with the Defendant, a licensed real estate agent (hereinafter “instant service contract”) that delegates to the Defendant all the authority regarding the development and sale of the instant land (hereinafter “instant service contract”).

The main contents of the agreement containing the instant service contract are as follows.

C. The defendant is against the land of this case under the service contract of this case.
