1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On July 24, 1945, E, a national of the Republic of Korea, who is the father of the Plaintiff, purchases from F each land listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “each land of this case”) on July 24, 1945, 973 square meters and 64 square meters before E, G-ri (the name of the administrative district was changed to H-dong, Busan Dong-gu, H-dong, and Busan F-dong), which is the land prior to the division of each land listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “each land of this case”).
9.1. He has completed the registration of ownership transfer in his own name, K, his own name.
B. The grounds for the division are as follows.
Before I was divided into 33 square meters prior to July 1, 1950, 973 square meters in P 33 square meters prior to the Busan East-gu Hdong (hereinafter “Budong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong,” and only lot numbers are marked) of M, M 131, N 95 square meters prior to P, 33 square meters prior to P, Q 80 square meters prior to Q, and 223 square meters prior to R. 33 square meters prior to the above P, 7 square meters prior to September 8, 1958, and 223 square meters prior to the said R were divided into 101 square meters, 14 square meters, 6 square meters, 5 square meters, 8 square meters, 15 square meters, 13 square meters in P, 1958.
C. 1) The Republic of Korea: (a) transferred the ownership transfer registration for sale as of March 20, 1959 under the name of AC on April 3, 1963; (b) was divided into 45 square meters before J. 45 and AD road 19 square meters on May 23, 1981; and (c) on May 23, 1981, the Republic of Korea combined the said Zbu 13 square meters, AAbu 1 square meters, and ABbu 5 square meters with the ownership transfer registration for sale as of March 20, 1959; and (d) the Jbu 64 square meters was divided into 45 square meters before J. 5, 1976; and (e) on May 23, 1981, the said Zbu 13 square meters, AAbu 1, and ABbu 5 square meters 1 (hereinafter referred to as “land”).

Afterward, the same year is applicable to the land in the name of AE on October 18, 1996.
8. After the completion of the registration of transfer of ownership on the ground of sale and purchase on June 8, 2012, the registration of transfer of ownership in the name of AF on June 8, 2012, and in the name of Defendant B and C (each of the shares 1/2) on January 17, 2013 was completed.
2. The Republic of Korea’s second land of this case is above B.
Then, X 50 square meters, Y 25 square meters, S 7 square meters, T 8 square meters, as property devolving upon the State, and X 5 square meters.
