Punishment of the crime

The defendant of "2013 Highest 1229" is not a narcotics handler.

1. On January 11, 2013, at around 02:00, the Defendant, in a single-use cell room located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Matampacters (one-name “philopon”; hereinafter “philopon”) containing approximately 0.05 g of psychotropic drugs, respectively, in a single-use injection machine, and dilution them by means of injection with E (n.e., 33 years of age).

2. On February 21, 2013, at around 21:00, the Defendant injected approximately 0.05g of philopon into a single-use injection machine, and administered it by means of injection into one’s own arms, and around 22:00 on the same day, the Defendant administered approximately 0.05g of philopon in 107No 104 of 107 and 104 of philopon to a beer.

On October 13, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 23:50 on October 13, 2012, the Defendant: (b) around 101 of the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu G Building 101; (c) around 33:50 of the victim E (the age of 33) who had internal relations and drinking alcohol, carried head debt and carried head debt to the victim, and (d) on the face of the victim by drinking.
