The Plaintiff is the owner of M forest land 25,785 square meters in Pyeongtaek-si, and the Plaintiff seeking to implement the procedure for registration of cancellation of superficies creation completed under No. 10095 on December 26, 1970 with respect to the said real estate from the Daegu District Court, the Daegu District Court’s heir, N, for the Defendants, the N, the heir of the said real estate.
