Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is a member-gu F of Ansan-si and a representative director of B corporation located in the same Gu G, and Defendant B is a corporation established for the purpose of mechanical parts manufacturing and sales business.

1. Defendant A

(a) A person who intends to install a wastewater discharge facility in the place of business in Ansan-si, a non-reported wastewater discharge facility (1) shall file a report with the competent authority. Nevertheless, the Defendant did not file a report with the competent authority, but installed washing facilities (0.1/100 cubic meters of the amount of wastewater generated) in the place of business located in the F of the members of Ansan-si, an Ansan-si, from April 201 to January 13, 2015.

Nevertheless, from April 201 to January 13, 2015, the Defendant installed and operated the manufacturing facilities for metal processed products (total sum: 0.162 cubic meters) using the accommodation cut oil among wastewater discharge facilities in the places of business located in Ansan-si members G from Ansan-si from around April 201 to January 13, 2015.

(b) No business operator who has not operated water pollution prevention facilities shall discharge water pollutants from wastewater discharge facilities without flowing them into prevention facilities, or install facilities capable of discharging water pollutants without flowing them into prevention facilities;

Nevertheless, around April 9, 2015, the Defendant released wastewater from the process of washing the product surface to the water pollution prevention facilities and to the excellent tool in the workplace.

2. Defendant B, at the time and place specified in paragraph (1), the Defendant, a representative of the Defendant, committed the above violation in relation to the Defendant’s business.
