Criminal facts

I. On November 21, 2018, the Defendant, at around 20:10, obstructed the victim’s coffee business by force, such as avoiding a disturbance for about 30 minutes until the police officer who received a report on the fact that he did not promptly create the ordered beverage in the DNA coffee shop managed by the victim C in Seongdong-gu Seoul on November 21, 2018.

II. On November 28, 2018, from around 11:00 to 12:00 of the same day, the Defendant 2018 Godan4, the victim F, operated by the victim F, in Seoul Dongdaemun-gu, had the said customer visit the said store to pay the mobile phone fee, and had the said customer go to the said store, and had the victim go to the said store, and had the victim go to the bath on the ground that he did not process the Defendant’s mobile phone opening contract promptly, and interfered with the victim’s sales business by force by avoiding disturbance, such as dinting “dy so as to have no container or fright, and making it difficult for the victim to promptly handle the Defendant’s mobile phone opening contract.”

III. On November 28, 2018, from around 14:20 to 14:50 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) at the victim I operating convenience point in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, the Defendant requested the victim to exchange with the victim on the grounds that the Defendant did not have microphone function; (b) the victim refused the request; and (c) called the convenience center at the convenience store’s call at the convenience store; and (d) the Defendant called the convenience center at this point, “I am off the person in charge of the party funeral business, and if not, I am off any behavior; and (e) the police officer in receipt of the report, on his hand, would tear the promotional material attached to the monitor of the convenience store calculation team; and (e) cut off the box with the floor sealed by the red scopic in the calculation column.
