A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On July 13, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for one year and six months with prison labor for property damage, etc. in the Suwon District Court’s Ansan Branch on July 13, 2016, and on November 26, 2018, on March 25, 2019, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment with prison labor for an injury at the Suwon District Court’s Suwon District Court on March 25, 2019 and completed the execution of the sentence.

【Criminal Facts】

1. Interference with business;

A. On May 24, 2019, around 15:30 on May 24, 2019, the Defendant: (a) Daka Paf operated by the victim C in Ansan-si, Ansan-si; and (b) Dob B, while drinking alcohol, she saw female customers E as “B, is punished by imprisonment with labor, or by imprisonment with labor,” while drinking alcohol; and (b) Dobb, she saw the victim who saw it as “Paf,” thereby obstructing the victim’s legitimate operation duties by force.

B. On May 25, 2019, the Defendant committed the crime of May 25, 2019: (a) around 12:45, at the H restaurant operated by the victim G in Ansan-si F, Ansan-si, the Defendant: (b) expressed how to kill; (c) expressed the victim’s demand for the settlement of accounts; and (d) obstructed the victim’s legitimate operation of the restaurant by force.

2. On May 24, 2019, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (Habitual assault) committed an assault against the said victim by pushing the victim’s head by having the victim’s knife with his knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife from an employee.

Accordingly, even though the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor and imprisonment with prison labor for the crime of causing property damage, etc., the Defendant committed assault as above during the period of repeated crime.

On July 13, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for property damage, etc. in the Suwon District Court’s Ansan Branch on July 13, 2016. On November 26, 2018, the Suwon District Court sentenced the Defendant to four months of imprisonment with prison labor for the crime of injury, and completed the execution of the sentence in the female prison on March 25, 2019.
