Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall lend funds by pretending the sale of goods or the provision of services, etc.

The Defendant, without registering a business operator or registering a member store with a credit card company, subscribed to the “Stopbook”, which is a system that gives virtual member numbers to get credit card payments, was used by the Defendant, by pretending to sell goods from the virtual member store established as above to the credit card holders, by credit card companies, and by financing funds by means of re-deposit other than fees.

On December 16, 2016, the Defendant settled 470,000 won under the name of Samsung Card (F) in the name of E as if he/she sold reproductive products at a virtual franchise store established by using the aforementioned system installed in the mobile phone in Busan, Busan, the Defendant, at around December 16, 2016, by settling the Defendant’s payment of KRW 470,000 for the purchase price, and at around that time, paid the amount deducted by 5.5% of the settlement fee from Y, and granted the Defendant’s financing from Y, and from that time until July 11, 2017, the Defendant, as if he/she sold the goods to credit card holders on a total of 36,159,000 won by credit card and received the deducted amount, committed the act of making a financing by pretending the sale of the goods.
