1. The reasoning of the court's explanation of this case is the same as that of the part concerning the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus, it can be cited by the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

2. If so, the plaintiff's claim against the defendant B is justified within the scope of the above recognition, and the remaining claim is dismissed as it is without merit. The plaintiff's claim against the defendant C shall be accepted as reasonable. The judgment of the court of first instance is just as it is concluded, and the defendant's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit.
