A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 15, 2016, from around 09:27 to October 10:17 of the same day, the Defendant accessed the victim F (a) who was divingd in a water surface room located in Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, by approaching the right side of the victim F (a fry, fry, 16 years old) to the right side of the victim F (a fry, fry, fry, fry, and fry).

Accordingly, the defendant committed indecent acts against the victim by taking advantage of the victim's non-performance situation.

2. On March 20, 2016, from around 04:09 to around 04:30 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) accessed the victim G (a) who was divingd on the 3rd floor soup supbuck and sup on the right side of the victim G (a person, fry, 42 years of age) and her hand bucks down the victim’s buckbuck, sup, sup, tack, etc.

Accordingly, the defendant committed indecent acts against the victim by taking advantage of the victim's non-performance situation.

3. On March 20, 2016, from around 04:40 to 08:40 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) accumulated the body on the right side of the victim H (a) who was divingd in front of the living room television in the said letter or the third floor soup; (b) carried the body towards the victim’s body; and (c) carried the son’s hand and arms on the victim’s bridge; and (d) carried the son’s hand on the victim’s bridge.

Accordingly, the defendant committed indecent acts against the victim by taking advantage of the victim's non-performance situation.

4. The Defendant, from around 08:40 on March 20, 2016 to around 09:00 on the same day, was approaching the right side of the victim I (the victim I, the knee, the 21-year old age), who was divingd in the instant soup and the third round of the water surface room within the 3rd set of the same day, and kned down the victim’s knee part in his hand and kne down the knee immediately below the chest.

Accordingly, the defendant committed indecent acts against the victim by taking advantage of the victim's non-performance situation.
